First, according to the local climate temperature, test the refrigeration system, form a standard process document, and arrange production. Prepare product parts according to design drawings
A : Foaming cabinet:use imported CFC free foaming material in workshop, operate safely, self inspection and mutual inspection are required before next step.
B: Body assembly
Bottom plate: correct installation, use screw quantity required, wheels are firmly installed, wheels are flexible and can not be stuck.
Front cover plate: correct installation, bige size front cover plate need fix firmly by screw or glue material
Plates: all plates need installation within correct space, fixed firmly
Doors: the door is fixed on body beam. Hinges are firmly installed. The gap error between door and body is less than 1 mm, and the gap error between upper and lower doors is less than 1 mm. Multiple doors on same plane, not allowed to tilt, prominent. Inspect door seam tightly after installation
Others: all parts must be fixed firmly,within correct space, neat appearance, missed installation/wrong match is not allowed.
C. Cooling system assembly:
Condenser type should match Model No., installed well, fixed firmly
Fan motor: pre-installed fan motor place well,blade upwards, it's fixed with bolts, blades not allowed to touch condenser
Compressor model match refrigerator model, compressor is installed correctly and fixed firmly
Filter dryer: filter dryer must be fixed on bottom plate of body
D. Electric parts assembly:
The temp controller is firmly installed, correct connection, all wires can not touch the compressor shell, condenser tubes, the connection wires need to be fixed to avoid breaking.
E. Cooling system welding:
Connection: pipes connection depth 8-12 mm, enlargement upward, return gas and high pressure pipe bending over 2/3 circle, capillary bending 3 circles.
Welding: weld joints are smooth and full, no de-welding, no virtual welding, no trachoma, no welding leakage, no dry plugging, no over-burning, no serious surface oxidation, etc
Finishing: pipe shall not collide, cross-winding with each other, and the whole pipe shall be consistent. Gas return pipes need to be temperature insulated with sleeve
F. Nitrogen filling/ pressure keeping: fill 1.5MPa nitrogen in cooling system, check the pressure for more than 8 hours to confirm that there is no leakage, then go on next process
G. Vacuum pumping: this process should last more than 30 minutes, with vacuum degree below 25pa
H. Refrigerant/sealing: fill refrigerant according to technical standard, error less than 0.5g, record this date on process card.
I. Electrical performance testing: Electrical strength, ground resistance , leakage current, insulation resistance
J. Refrigeration performance testing: ambient temp, testing standard (cooling/freezing), testing time,
K. Cleaning: no left foaming material, no plastic tape, no glue, no left small parts inside or outside
L. Overall checking: checking process according to requirement
M. Packaging: Model No.and detail need show on packaging, fragile sticker marks required
