1.Repair range
We support one year warranty for whole unit (main parts, easily-worn parts) and three years for compressor.
(a) easily-worn parts including dry filters, LED lamp, castors, standing, adjustable shelves, shelf holders, self locking cable etc.
(b) main parts including condenser, evaporator, temperature controller, fan motor.
(c) we provide 1% easily-worn accessories along with the products for free.
(d) If the product has a problem outside the warranty period, all parts repairs and replacements need to be completed locally or purchased by us.
 
2. Except for the defects in the process and spare parts quality of the product itself, Meibca do not assume any warranty obligations in the following cases:
1. Damage to electrical quality caused by transportation failure
2. Failure to use the appliance correctly in accordance with the instruction manual
3. Power surges, electrical storm damage or incorrect power/voltage supply with the instruction manual
4. The pictures of the defective products do not match the real ones.
5. Exceeding the warranty period of the product.
 
3. To enquire about claiming under this warranty, please follow these steps:
(a) carefully check the instruction manual and the terms of this warranty;
(b)tell us the fixed model number and send us clearly photos;
(c)if require fix in local, please kindly fill out the “product maintenance feedback sheet” ,then come back to us for checking.
