The Transportation Of Commercial Refrigeration Products

With the development of logistics industry, people all over China have the chance to enjoy convenience brought by commercial refrigeration products. While as the distance and traffic conditions differ in different areas, the items received can be in very bad conditions.

1.    For domestic transportation

Normally for domestic transportation, they have full container load and less container load. Of course FCL will be much safer since the items inside will not be moved and changed to other trucks during the whole process. The packing must be paid special care as this is the main shield against damages. While for most domestic shipping, only simple packing is applied in all the items. 2.    For overseas transportation

Actually overseas transportation has higher demand for the packing. It’s been long journey once the goods are loaded in the factory. Plywood material is necessary to avoid trouble in some countries. As you know, showcases are common in refrigeration products like meat showcase, vegetable showcase, cake showcase, seafood showcase and deli showcase, the glasses are especially fragile, and hard to be equipped by buyers in other countries. Normally for these fragile products, plywood case is required for better protection. And foam inside is necessary in corners to decrease vibration with the case.

 

3.    How to increase loading quantity

Unlike soft& small items(clothes, bags, etc), refrigerators& freezers can’t be squeezed in the container. So the volume and sizes must be carefully calculated and not exceed the height , width and length. Normally in this condition, space is inevitably wasted in the container. We suggest that some small and soft items can be mixed together to save the space since the freight is very high to order one container shipping overseas. Also to maximize the using of space, small items can even be put inside freezers& refrigerators to deliver together.
